alive at the end of the world

This is how I thought the long awaited end of the world would make people look today:

This is also the way I look every single night, around 7:30 p.m., after a long day at work.  I leave the house at 6 a.m. and sometimes don't get home until 5 p.m..  I haven't been up past 8:30 p.m. in three weeks lol.  My feet don't hurt like they used to and I am really getting a grip on the ins and outs of a auto parts warehouse picker.  I like having a job and my own thing in life, although I seriously miss being home and taking care of my house and kids.

Not a lot more to say than that now.  My life is work, a comatose hour in front of the t.v. at night with the family discussing the day, then off to bed to get ready to do it again.

So, that said, I am alive...kinda lol.

I leave you with the anthem for 21 December 2012:

Peace, Love and (bring on the zombie horde) Zombies \IiiI

I was hoping for fireballs and angels with HUGE swords, but nope. Not even zombies. I never thought the end of the world would be so boring.

When I kept hearing about this apocalypse I thought, "Whatever...I'm good as long as I go out with my pointy boots on." But it turned out to be another nothing. Not waking to zombies was kind of a buzz kill. ;-)

I hope you and your family are having a wonderful holiday sweetie. Warm (or cold) hugs to you. Mina
