Well, I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting last night and it wasn't too horrible lol. Granted, seeing how much I weigh in pounds *and* ounces, a touch disheartening. At least, for the first time in my life, I am taking my weight under control...that feels good.
So now, it is learning how this whole points thing works, learning how to eat breakfast (gack!), learning how not to graze, and getting a steady exercise routine going. I know I can do it. I gained it, I can lose it. My ultimate goal is 135 lbs., which I haven't seen since like 1998 lol. Right now, it is a few pounds at a time. Steady as she goes.
