damn it

Around 7 years ago, I had to have surgery for a condition known as "uterine prolapse". To make a long story short, my innies wanted to become outties. After all was said and done, it was supposed to be just that: said and done. Well, not now. I discovered that this little problem has come back to haunt me. What this means, in no uncertain terms, is that I will be having to get surgery again to put it all back into place once more. When that will happen will be up to the powers that be, whomever they are. I have an appointment tomorrow with my GP to get the ball rolling. Funny enough, the part I dread the most is being weighed. All I can say is...damn it.

Hard to say how long I will be laid up. Could be a week, could be a couple. Guess it depends on what they have to do. We just got (or better said, forced to get) new insurance, so we will be finding out real soon what our benefits look like. They may only allow me to hang upside down like a bat for eternity lol.

Yes, you can hang upside down ~ but there will be a stiff co-pay before you can do so. :)

Sorry Penny! It just sucks being a woman. Damn kids make our junk want to bail on us. Hope your Dr visit goes well. I have to try and get to my Dr in the snow- you know we Texans can't drive in this stuff so it may take me 3 hours to go 20 miles. Best of luck to both of us. ;)
