weekly review- week 3

For Today...12 January 2009
`
Outside my Window...blue sky with those white wispy paint stroke clouds and lots and lots of snow.
`
From the learning rooms...The cat making weird purring noises and using the big black construction garbage bag as a playground.
`
I am thankful for...possibilites
`
From the kitchen...Coffee praise the Lord
`
I am wearing...two different socks because I was too lazy to search for the matches, sweatpants, One Way tshirt, big blue sweater, hair in bun. Lovely visual, eh?
`
I am reading...The first three Julie Childs Scrapbook mysteries.
`
I am hoping...That weather.com was wrong, and Thursdays temps won't be a high of 10 and a low of -7.
`
I am creating...different projects in the beadhouse downstairs. Some may actually get finished one day.
`
One of my favorite things...Decent coffee. Got Tim Horton's on Friday, G R O S S. Was curious and got a London Fog from Starbucks, U B E R G R O S S. Sigh...
`
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...board meeting, school, cleaning the basement, hunkering down against the frozen Michigan weather, dreaming of my two, count em, two trips to El Paso and Mexico at the end of the year.
`
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...
`

`

One of the niches in my beadhouse with the drawings the Wiley made and my beautiful DOTD card that I got at Ole Mesilla last year.

What's a London Fog? I'm thinking grey and thick and wet, am I close? Lots of snow and ice on the ground here, too. Spring, where are you?

Have a good week and keep warm,
Pamela

Cleaning the basement? Wow. Hope it is not as bad as mine. I don't even like remembering that I have one! Good luck.

My husband like's Starbucks Pike's Peak coffee...I can't help you on the coffee front as I think all coffee is UBERGROSS. Although I love the smell over fresh ground beans...it loses something in the process to liquid. :)

I won't tell you about our spring like weather.

Skipping away before I get hit with a snowball.
