personal opinion: the Nobel Peace Prize is now officially a joke. Gore a year or so ago over a woman how survived the holocaust, and now Obama who hasn't down a damned thing but slowly disintegrate our country.
Makes sense to me. Carter gets one for giving the North Korean's nukes, and Yaser Arafat get one for killing Jews. As far as slowly disintegrating our country goes, is you believe we are the root of all evil in this world, than to emasculate us is the best thing anyone could do in the name of peace. What's interesting is that all this fits quite well with Alfred Nobel's pacifist intentions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_Nobel
I feel physically sick when I think about this. My husband wants to know if it was the liberal dumb-ass Europeans on the committee that voted for him. Crikey...
